Imagining City Through The Cinema

Kanu Kartik Agrawal is an architect, interior designer, urban theorist, and curator. He studied environmental design at the Yale School of Architecture and worked as lead designer in the office of Robert A.M. Stern in New York before taking on the role of architecture principal at DeMuro Das, an interior design firm based in Gurgaon.
In the workshop Kanu engaged the audience into a conversation about exploration of a place. Drawing examples from movie scenes he notified the audience that how a movie depicts socio political facts of a time. He also explained the process of movie making and how they developed with time.
